Cuéntalo is the first vertical drama platform built for Latino storytellers, and the next great series could come from you. The Cuéntanos page is where creators, writers, and everyday people pitch their story ideas directly to the platform and its community.
The process is simple. Submit your story idea in a few paragraphs. Tell us what happens, who the characters are, and why people would want to watch. Pick a genre: drama, comedy, thriller, romance, family, horror, or something else entirely. Mark it as based on a true story if it is. Hit submit.
Once approved by the editorial team, your story goes public on the Trending Stories board. The Cuéntalo community votes on submissions they want to see produced. Top-voted stories get fast-tracked into production as vertical micro-drama series on the platform.
If your story gets selected for production, you earn 5 to 10 percent of all production revenue generated by the series, plus a "Story By" credit on every episode. You keep your creative contribution recognized and compensated without needing to be a filmmaker yourself.
The submission form collects your name, email, story title, genre, and a summary of 100 to 2,000 characters. Optional fields include your city, phone number, and what inspired the story. You grant Cuéntalo a non-exclusive license to review and publicly display your submission for community voting. Full terms are available on the story submission terms page.
